Deposits - Upon receiving a booking request Shelly Beach Caravan Park will process a deposit for the amount of the first night stay. A receipt will then be emailed as a confirmation of the booking. Please refer to cancellation policy regarding refunds.
Security Bond (Pre authorisation done on arrival) - You are requested to leave the premises in the same condition as upon occupation. In the event your accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory state, management reserves the right to debit the extra cost from the $50.00 pre authorisation on your credit card. No parties are allowed, any extra people staying overnight will be charged for. Waterfront accommodation incurs a $30.00 fee per extra bed used.
Pet Bond - We are a pet friendly park but we do require customers to adhere to our pet policy. On arrival a bond will be required as security for your pet which must be restrained at all times. Under no circumstances are pets to be left unattended in pet friendly accommodation.
Strictly no pets in Eco Shacks or Villas.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations notified more than 7 days prior to occupancy will incur a cancellation fee of $30.00.
Cancellation within 7 days of expected arrival will incur a loss of full deposit. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable but can be held as a credit for 12 months if alternative dates can be arranged.
Late Checkout- Late checkout fees vary, depending on the time of day. For arranged checkouts before 11am, there will be no late fee. Checkout between 11am and 12.30pm will incur a fee of $60 and checkout after 12.30pm will incur a fee of one night.
